One Agency gets new main owner – Stella Capital
One Agency, a well-established IT consulting company with offices in Stockholm and Malmö, gets Stella Capital as new main owner. Stella Capital invests in Nordic growth companies in technology and e-commerce and have a plan to further develop One Agency through investments in competence, strengthening of the offering and possible geographical expansion. Through the new principal owner, One Agency will have access to financial resources, a great network and strategic competence.
One Agency, founded in 2008, is an IT consulting company with specialists in system development, IT management and digitalisation. Stella Capital is now entering as a majority shareholder in One Agency and as an active owner will support the company in its future growth plan.
One Agency founders Per and Andreas Grape will remain smaller owners in the company. "I welcome an active and stable owner with a clear and dedicated technology focus. This gives us increased opportunities to develop the business by refining our existing competences and broaden the offer to new areas of expertise. We also want to exist in more locations in Sweden to be close to our customers. Stella Capital, founded in 2015 by Anders Brenner, is an investment firm with a focus on unlisted software and e-commerce companies. Stella Capital takes an active ownership role with a focus on helping companies with growth strategies, business development and Acquisition.
