EOC Capital and Finnish Industry Investment Ltd invest in Midaxo

EOC Capital and Finnish Industry Investment Ltd have lead a 3,6 million euro investment round in Midaxo. The capital will be used to accelerate growth by increasing sales and marketing in primarily the US and Europe.

Midaxo is a cloud based software company providing a platform that helps acquirers succeed in mergers and acquisitions by driving an efficient end-to-end process from target identification and due diligence to integration.
